How to use
Scoop a pea-sized amount of cleansing balm with the included spatula and apply it to dry skin. Using your fingertips, massage the product into the skin with gentle upward and outward circular motions, focusing on areas that need extra attention. The solid cleansing balm melts into an oil on contact with the skin, and melts and encapsulates any surface debris ready for the next step of removing and refining with our Viteve™ Silk Exfoliating Cloth.
Use a fresh Viteve™ Silk Exfoliating Cloth each time, wet before use, then start with a number eight motion over the face to remove the excess cleansing balm and encapsulated debris, taking extra care around the delicate eye area.

Yes. The Restorative Cleansing Balm successfully and gently removes waterproof makeup.
No. Once the Restorative Cleansing Balm comes in contact with the natural body temperature of the fingers, it melts and paired with our Viteve™ Silk Exfoliating Cloth washes away any residue or film without stripping your skin.
No. The Restorative Cleansing Balm is very gentle and should not cause any irritation. However, we do recommend you always proceed with caution with any product around the eye area.
We recommend you continue with your usual regime after cleansing, however, you will find you will use less product as your skin hasn’t had the natural oil barrier stripped, and if you live in a humid area sometimes just leaving your skin to detox overnight with no additional regime is fine too.
