Referral Programme Terms & Conditions

Programme Overview

Purpose: The Corbin Rd Referral Programme rewards customers who introduce friends and family to our skincare brand.
Eligibility: All customers aged 18 and over with a valid email address may participate. Corbin Rd staff and immediate family members are not eligible for rewards.
Sign-up: Participation is voluntary and free. Referrers receive a unique referral link upon programme enrolment.

Referral Commission: Referrers receive store credit or discounts for each successful referral, as specified in the current programme terms displayed at sign-up.
Referee Incentive: New customers referred through a valid referral link receive their offered discount on their first purchase only.
Credit Validity: Store credit earned is valid for 12 months from the date issued. Unused credit expires automatically.

Valid Referral: A referral is valid only when the referred person completes a purchase using the unique referral link provided by the referrer.
Minimum Purchase: Referred customers must make a purchase of minimum NZD $50 for the referral to qualify.
One Reward Per Referee: Each new customer qualifies only once, regardless of how many referral links they access.

Fraud Prevention: Corbin Rd reserves the right to cancel rewards and terminate participation for suspicious activity, including but not limited to: self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fake reviews, or artificially inflated referral metrics.
No Incentivisation: Referrers may not offer additional incentives (cash, products, or services) to encourage referrals beyond Corbin Rd's official rewards.
Terms Abuse: Misuse of the programme in any form will result in immediate termination without refund of earned rewards.

Redemption Method: Earned rewards are applied as store credit to the referrer's account and automatically applied at checkout.
Non-Transferable: Store credit is personal and non-transferable. It cannot be converted to cash or refunded.
Processing Time: Rewards are processed within 7 business days of the referred customer's purchase completion.

Right to Modify: Corbin Rd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Programme at any time with 30 days' written notice.
Termination Terms: Upon programme termination, all unredeemed store credit remains valid until the published expiry date.
Policy Changes: Changes to reward rates, eligibility, or terms will not affect referrals already in progress.

No Warranty: The Referral Programme is provided 'as is' without guarantees. Corbin Rd is not responsible for technical issues preventing referral completion.
Indemnification: Participants agree to indemnify Corbin Rd against claims arising from their participation in the programme.
Privacy: Referral data is collected, stored, and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by New Zealand law.
Disputes: Any disputes arising from the Referral Programme will be resolved through Corbin Rd's standard customer service channels.
Agreement: Participation in the Referral Programme constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
