Shipping your order

We aim to ship all confirmed and paid orders placed before 12am Monday to Friday on that same day. Weekend orders are sent on Monday. NO Saturday deliveries.

Delivery within NZ is a flat rate of $6.70 or FREE for spends over $99.00.
Delivery to Australia is weight based and express based.

Our preferred company for NZ urban deliveries is Courier Post so please provide an address that is a physical address not a PO Box.

For NZ rural and PO Boxes we use Courier Post, non signature. When your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email, you can use the supplied tracking number at https://www.courierpost.co.nz/track/track-and-trace/

It can take some time for your order to enter their system so if it doesn’t show up straight away, please check back later.

We offer delivery to rural locations in the following states:

• Queensland
• Victoria
• New South Wales

Receive free delivery on orders over $199 AUD. 

Untracked orders of a $19.00 NZD flat rate are sent via e-ship which doesn’t offer tracking outside of New Zealand, but will show when it has landed in country of origin. When your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Approximate delivery time: Australia 8-14 working days

Please be aware that every country has different customs laws, and international orders may incur local charges upon delivery at the border. Any taxes, duties and customs fees into any country outside of NZ are the responsibility of you (the customer). Please check your local Customs Office to get the thresholds for your Country.

If something goes awry and your order does not arrive please let us know within 14 days of your expected delivery date. We cannot be held responsible for or track and trace any missing orders if we have not been contacted within this time.
