Begin with clean, dry skin. Apply 3–5 drops of the Multivitamin Restorative Face Oil to the face and neck to create slip and nourish the skin.
Using the Bian Stone Gua Sha, hold the tool at a gentle angle and glide across the skin using slow, upward and outward strokes. Start at the neck, moving from the centre outwards, then continue along the jawline, cheeks, and forehead. Use light to medium pressure and repeat each movement 3–5 times.
For the eye area, use gentle strokes with minimal pressure to help reduce puffiness. Finish by sweeping down the sides of the neck to encourage lymphatic drainage.
Use daily or several times a week as part of your evening skincare ritual for best results.
