- Vitamin D as Cholecalciferol - 1000 IU
Directions:
Take 1 capsule with any meal.

- Designed for ages 12+
- Best avoided if you are breastfeeding or pregnant
- Not suitable for vegans as the Vitamin D we use is sourced from lanolin. There are vegan sources of vitamin D available, but at present there is limited research on their effectiveness, so we opted for a source that has strong scientific backing for its efficacy and results.
